Dermacon has participated with several architects on restoration work of three churches, including one of the oldest church buildings in Houston, and restoration work on three fully operational hotels.

Of that total number of projects; hotel facilities with 300 rooms or more, involving our consulting services, exceed 10 jobs on our list.

Over twenty projects on our list are greater than 20 stories and more than 15 projects on our list include buildings exceeding $50 million in construction costs. As of today’s date; our current work includes three major hospital projects, 3 major high rise condominiums and one, fully occupied high rise tower re-glazing.

Dermacon's projects are backed by experience that spans over thirty nine (39) years in the curtain wall and water proofing field. Twenty seven (27) years in the curtain wall consulting area and twelve ( 12) years in the custom development and applications of curtain walls and waterproofing, with extensive experience in custom curtain wall designs.
